We have a "Whole House Inspection" task list that we want to do with 5000+ of our customers, once pear year, and track the results.
I can see how the above flow is very useful for maintaining equipment, but it seems like horrible overkill for a simple checklist I want a technician to perform, especially when not related to equipment.
Combined with any of the above, we would also love the ability to assign this checklist to an Agreement Type, not just an agreement. As such, I would expect it to automatically show up in the SM Agreements -> Tasking as selected for any agreements of said type.
Anyone have thoughts on this?
