Currently templates are only supported for MS Word 2003 or later. Update the software to support more current versions of MS. Companies don't have older versions of MS.

We really need to update Templates to support MS Word 2016. It took me 2 hours just to send a transmittal yesterday. This is very urgent. Thank you. Mavis
Functionality should flow through to the Edit Document(s)... in Create and Send PM Send Documents as well as other modules. Not just function when creating and editing the template itself. For example our current issue is we have a template the projects use and when the template is created or edited the check box function works. When projects try to use the template, the functionality of the check box is not available when they edit the document before sending.
Please include the ability to use symbols such as check boxes. That when when using the Penvelope to send documents you can create a transmittal template with a list of standard items sent and using the edit mode users can "check" off the items included.
