Sometimes we want to add INSTRUCTIONS into a form itself. This would be especially useful for CUSTOM forms.
I'm not talking about a field for data entry, but a piece of text, paragraph style, that an admin could set up on a form.
I'd expect this static text to be added/removed/changed much the same way as "Custom Groupboxes". (See TEXT BOX in Word for an example)
This could also be used to clarify certain business practices in the form, or to explain in detail what is expected in a field.
