Today, the page splitter tracks which pages have been attached from a batch scan by changing the color and highlighting of the specific pages that have been already attached to records. However, this "knowledge" of the pages attached does not persist from session to session, making tracking of which pages have been attached more difficult to track from day to day and operation to operation.
Specifically, needs to track which pages have already been “pulled out” of the original batch scan and applied to records, in between uses of the page splitter. That tracking would be performed through either removing the previously attached pages (a la VCM today), or keeping those previous attached pages a “greyed out” color.
This feature was implemented in Vista 6.19. Vista will now save state in the page splitter.
Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
I would also love to see a "Description Picker" added to the page splitter similar to the one used in DM Scan Batch viewer.
