When our owner is reviewing subcontract invoices for payment in AP Unapproved Invoices he wants to see the contract amount, what we have paid and retention held (similar to the heading information on the SL Subcontractor Status Report). The only information he has to go off of is the AIA form submitted by the subcontractor. Many times this information is incorrect so we spend a lot of time editing the paper form and scanning it back in. If the systems information could be populated in the form it would help tremendously!
