As our Vista usage evolves, we are noticing that some tabs are becoming disorganized attachment repositories. It would be beneficial to move attachments from one place to another, and inherit the permissions for whatever area it was moved to.
Example, Employees' W4 was scanned, and added as an attachment to the Info tab in HR Resource Master. It would be beneficial to move this to the Filing Status tab.
Example, Employees that have completed training/education over their career, and their completion certificates/reports have been scanned and attached to the Info tab. It would be beneficial to move these to the Training/Education tab without having to re-scan.

We run into this issue quite often for our Daily Logs where we want attachments to be on the Subcontractor tab but are being saved to the Info tab. There is no way to move them. They have to manually open each, save it, then re-upload to the proper tab.
