In Keystyle Employee Tools >> Update Info, an employee can update personal information, manage payroll witholdings and change their direct deposit. If an employee updates their address, they may have to update their local and state tax forms (this happens a lot with our Ohio employees) to reflect the move. Giving us the ability to either attach documents or create hyperlinks to documents would help the employee find the right documents and encourage them to fill them out since they are easy to find.
With Federal and State withholdings, this would also benefit from allowing a link to documents, especially when we require them upload signed copy of the form but we don't have the form there to fill out.
