Ability to Remove Australia/Canada Test Companies/Forms

The Canada and Australia forms still show up in VA Form Security even though they are not available in the main menu module folders.  From a security implementation and documentation standpoint, forms that are irrelevant muddy the waters.  It would be nice to have a way to hide these companies/forms to prevent any confusion while initializing security access.
