Mass PDF Exporting

It would be very useful if one could mass export PDF's, as well as run a PDF based report. So for example; If I am using HR Resource Master and entering certifications and scanning in the corresponding documents. It would be great if I could export all the PDF's for OSHA 10. This comes up a lot on state jobs where certifications are required to be provided (usually via email). If Vista had the option to run a PDF report, then the export concern would be addressed as well.

    The mass export functionality exists in DM Attachment Index Search. If you have good naming conventions or separate Attachment Types on your attachments, it is easy to export attachments.
