Clear insurance state when switching from job line to mechanic line

We have viewpoint set to use the job's PR state for the insurance state.  I was keying to a TX job then wanted to switch to a mechanic in Louisiana.  I entered the new employee's number and changed to line type M.  The unemployment and tax state switched to the employee's default, but the insurance state remained TX.
