We have the ability to import payroll timecard entries, but not attachments into this particular form (and several other 'single table' forms from what I can tell).
I thought this functionality would exist as lots of customers use some sort of import for timecards. In my particular case, we're importing cell phone reimbursements into PR timecard entry. We want the 'backup' PDF in Vista.
Clearview Solution ID - 150925600544256 'How to Import Attachments with Data Records' states that this not feasible.
CAUTION: You can't import attachments to single form, batch import templates, like "EM Cost" or "PR Timecards". If the template is a batch import then it must be a multi-table import form, like "AR Invoice" or "AP Entry".
Support does not have a work- around. If there were a way to 'associate' an attachment with multiple records after import - that would do, but I can only associate with 1 transaction at a time post-import.
