The ability for users to have more than one grid view. This will allow users to toggle between grid views depending on what information they want to look at. It will also be a great benefit for exporting the grid view as users often only want to export a few columns but want to have more columns visible for day to day operations.

Agreed - we have a few people that like to re-order columns in some programs, and the ability to hide certain columns would alleviate some HR issues as well
