ALLOW THE RESOURCE NUMBER TO BE CHANGED TO PAYROLL # UPON HIRE SO EVERYTHING IS IDENTIFIED BY PAYROLL #

SINCE AN EMPLOYEE NUMBER CAN NEVER BE GIVEN TO ANYONE ELSE THE RESOURCE NUMBER  IS ONLY TEMPORARY IF THEY BECOME HIRED, HR SHOULD HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO CHANGE THE RESOURCE # TO THE PAYROLL NUMBER. MANY PROGRAMS IN HR, SUCH AS HR BENEFITS, SALARY CHANGES ETC COME UP IN HR NUMBER BUT WE IDENTIFY ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES BY THEIR PAYROLL NUMBER. I BELIVE THIS WOULD BENEFIT ANYONE (HR, ADMIN, PAYROLL) ENTERING UPDATES, OPEN ENROLLMENT, SALARY CHANGES ETC INTO THE HR MODULE.
