Correct PM Create & Send Settings for PO and POCO to actually link to the PO area

The default settings in Create & Send for PO and POCO are useless. If we go to customize the settings, it only pulls up fields from job master type areas, but nothing relevant to the actual purchase order or purchase order change order. Vista needs to allow fields from the purchase order module.
