PM Status IDs allows you to limit the use of a status code to a specific document type, or allow it to be used by all. That functionality is insufficient to limit the codes properly - for example if I only want APPROVED to be accessible for change order work (and not submittals) I can't assign it as there are multiple change order types (ACO, PCO, Contract CO, SCO, etc) that would need to use it. As a result I am forced to leave that code accessible to all document types. It would be beneficial to be able to select multiple document types for each status ID.
