Description of Problem
Calculate projections - "write over if exceeds" option keeps the number as plugged
the FIRST time you calculate, even though you have selected to write over
System Version & Test Data
6.13.0
Steps To Reproduce
Do a PM Cost Projection and plug some numbers, post batch
Now post cost to a phase/cost type that you previously plugged, that is MORE then what you posted
Create a new batch, and select the 3rd option, write over plugged if actual or actual + committed exceeds
Current Results
Code and phase/cost type remained plugged and highlighted in yellow - it changed the number
however in my test it added to my previous plugged amount , so proj cost was the actual + prev plugged number which was not right
Cleared batch
Calculated - selecting "override but keep as plugged" - kept it yellow and had same odd number
cleared batch
Calculated - selecting "override, do not keep as plugged" - this time it calculated the number correctly AND did not have it as a plugged number
as it should have done the first time
Expected Results
Override and do not keep as plug - should remove the highlighting and re-calculate the final numbers, not add to the previous plug
