We rely on the data from the Distribution tabs for all PM documents (RFI, Submittal, PCO, SubCO etc) as it tells us who was sent what and when. We also use this screen to track outstanding (Date Sent without a Date Signed/Recd). There is nothing in Viewpoint to prevent a user from deleting all this Distribution data ie there are no checks. The only time a delete should be allowed is if the contact was never sent anything. We do not want the Distribution Audit data from being deleted either.
The only workaround is to disable deletes from the entire tab thus is the user enters the wrong contact, it must remain on the record, even when it's wrong and not going to be used.
