All documents except for Purchase Orders are available in the PM Document History. We create POs in PM Purchase Order not in PO Purchase Order as none of our FE or PM have access to that module (do not want our PMs to have to start creating batches). This is the only module in PM that does not have a History tab so we do not know what user created a PO, what user modified a PO, edited costs etc. We only know who approved it. We do not use Workflow and shouldn't need to just to get basic information like the other PM document types.
