We need our Project Manager's to see the email address of the firm contact that they pick on the distribution tab in PM Subcontracts and PM Purchase Orders and any other form that has a distribution tab. When we built our PM Firm Contacts if we just had a name, we entered it and used a departmental email such as pma@augustwinter.com as the email. We want a Project Manager to be able to see that when he/she chooses that firm contact so they will call their PMA department and provide them with a correct email address to add to Viewpoint. Right now the only way they can see it is if they go into Create and Send and preview the pdf.
