Currently the PO Close feature can close multiple Jobs/POs at one time, however, this will post adjustments to costs. We'd like to first change the Open to Complete for the POs to prevent updates, then run the PO Close at Month-end. The only way to change a PO to COmplete is by adding one PO at a time to a batch, changing to COmplete, save, add etc.
Would be nice to have a form that we can restrict by Job, PO and it'll show POs Current Costs, Invoiced Costs (like the PO by Job report) and any we select, it will post as it does when adding the POs to a Batch manually (i.e. changes from Open to Complete).
