Option to change the font color in PM Cost Projections

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEMPM Projections. Layout options allow the user to change the column colors. When certain colors are used on the columns, the white font gets washed out. User would like to have the ability to change the font color as well as the column color.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE1. Go to PM Cost Projections. 2. In the header tool menu, hit the Projection Layout Icon 3. That brings up the PM Projection Manage Layout window 4. Select a layout, hit edit. 5. That brings up the PM Projection Layouts window. 6. Pick a column and hit the Select Color button. 7. Pick color close to font color.
