STEPS TO REPRODUCESet up a Pending Change Order Go to tasks and select Approve PCO's Enter a ACO # and then a random date in the approved date field - I put 3/30/13

CURRENT RESULTSAllows it to be approved to a random date even in a closed month This makes changes to the financial reporting
