'Calculate' which was implemented recently to allow a single record to be recalculated does not function properly for phase/cost type(s)
Steps to recreate
*Create a new projection
*Navigate to the Phase/Cost type tab and plug a value for any of the pluggable fields (Projected Final Cost for example)
*save the projection
*On the same record, click 'Calculate' button - ALWAYS overwritting a plug
*Note the Projected Final and Remaining Cost values
Current results
In some scenarios it will recalculate the phase/cost type correctly, but turns all the phase/cost types for the projection code yellow
In other scenarios, it will update just the Projected Final and leave the Remaining Cost as the plugged value
Expected results:
when the user 'calculates' the single record it will calculate correctly
