This would be used in conjunction for clearing the plugged value for the Phase code. It is not uncommon to have over 300 Phase Codes and as many as 50 plugged values on our Jobs. If a Project Manager wants to remove the plugged value and recalculate a single Phase code, they have to clear all plugs, recalculate the cost projection, add the other plugs back into the projection, and recalculate.
To keep track of the plugs, our PMs are adding them to the notes . This is adding a lot of time to the creation of a cost projection.
