System calculations should be a choice not automatic. Just like JC Cost Projections - PM should act the same way that only if you click to calc that the system will step in for any projection assistance to min% projection. Therefore if you don't click to calc, all numbers not plugged remain the same (at estimate) regardless if actual is higher.
