Upon installation of Vista 6.12.2 2016-5 the thumbnail viewer no longer reflects the attachments specific to Distribution tab items. Those items are still accessible from the attachments window but otherwise they are invisible. Also, when switching records, the thumbnail viewer always defaults to the record's main attachments even if the Distribution tab is selected.
