JC - Add the ability when closing a Job to also close all POs and Subcontracts

When closing a job you must go to POs and Subcontracts and also PM if someone entered something anywhere else and didn't post/interface. There should be the ability to CLOSE everything at one time.

  Correct - auto closing POs and SLs can be triggered by hard closing a job.
