Default the Description field in PM Other Documents to the Project Description

It's duplicate entry.  Our reps that enter project records add the description and then need to add it again when they create the associated PM Other Document.  It should default to the Project's description just like it does with the contract description.  If it can be overwritten great, but let's save some key strokes.
