There needs to be a place in the Employment Resource History that allows you to see hire & term information

The Employment History tab within the Human Resource Master shows everything as salary and does not show hire and termination dates.  There needs to be a way that hire and termination information shows on the Employment tab.  The Salary History tab should show salary information.
