Abillity to archive attachments or shrink

After so many emails and attachments get added to each document, opening any type (PCO, SCO, RFI) becomes very slow as it has to download each document when switching to a different document.  VP needs to shrink the thumbnail to a very small size so that when you have the thumbnail viewer opening, the program does not hang to load in every document/email.  VP should only download the document attachment when you double-click on it.  If this isn't possible, we need a way to archive attachments so it can speed up.
