Anytime an SM Agreement is amended or renewed the "notes" for each schedule disappear. It would be helpful for these notes to continuously be there and revised and/or deleted upon amending and/or renewing. We use these notes for maintenance specific items; filter location, scheduling maintenance with another site close by, certain items excluded, ect.
