Would like to be able to click on technician and see all pending work orders for them. Right now dispatcher has to scroll back to older dates to see what is still opened making it harder to track the tickets that stay open for a long period of time.

While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
If you drag/drop those WOs to each technician's "unscheduled" column on the Dispatch Board, they would all be in one place for you to review. If you mean trips scheduled in the future, you can run a trip report by technician for today to a future date.
