A PM Project Directory that shows all active projects. Including contact information such as project number, contractor, owner, engineer, architect, project superintendent involved, including addresses, phone numbers and project locations site address. Document that can be easily updated and or edited if needed, so they can be quick access for everyone in company to know who is involved with individual projects they are presently contracted on and so anyone can have contract information readily at hand if needed. I don't see this function in Viewpoint but think it is a valuable tool to incorporate. Prolog CMS has a great version of this as an example.

We are trying to use this system as much as possible and not other programs so it would great to have a project directory within Vista so we don't have to create one in outlook. It would need to include all subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, engineers, our company people associated with the project etc.. It would also need to organize them by phase code and include contact name, e-mail, phone # and address.
