It would be helpful to have the ability to generate unique email address for each job. Thus when using Outlook and you email the owner, you could add the job's unique email address as a CC, and the message would automatically go into Vista as an attachment.

That would be very tricky to implement as Andrea commented.
Would would be smarter is if the outlook plugin sees the JOB NUMBER in the subject line, it automatically attaches it to the job. That way as long as you keep the job number in the subject line, all your emails are attached. Plus it would also catch emails that the user did not ORIGINATE from within Viewpoint.
This would be very difficult to implement. There are 100's of different email platforms such as Exchange that they would need to accommodate. I believe Vista does have a token feature that if you have the Outlook app installed, and the email sees the token it attaches it.
