Having the ability to enter an Issue on a Drawing Log seems backwards. If we've already logged all of our drawings, and we have issues (not just with Drawings, but other issues) we'd want ALL issues to be generated in PM Issues and if they do relate to a Drawing, select it from PM Issues form versus having Issues listed on Drawings.
