Correct SCO process should be changed.

The issue I have with this design:

1. No acknowledgement of the change made is given. Most changes in this system ask if you are sure?

2. I do not believe changes should be allowed to closed months as you need to know the change exists and what month it is in to interface causing chaos for the interface clerk.. It means the clerk must get someone to open the month to allow posting or have the change changed back by the PM.

3. An  option  would be to treat like the Job Billing and post the difference into the current month. The interface would be into the current month as a revision to the SCO.
