Purchase orders cannot be received against through purchases occurring in the MS Module. MS Quotes is not sufficient in handling multiple purchase orders for same materials at an inventory location. Also, MS for purchasing provides for convenience and proper accounting treatment of recording inventory purchases for both material and haul, so recording an AP Transaction against a PO can be double the work. Plus, one may end up doubling quantities.
