In Outlook, you can send multiple contacts ONE email so the thread can be maintained with replies. In Viewpoint, if we have 3 To Contacts, it sends 3 separate emails thus LOSING the ability to reply to all as well as losing the ability to show other recipients who receives the email. Setting up additional contacts as CC is not a workaround as this tells that persons, this email isn't' required for you to reply.
IF you are using template, then they should allow a "To List" just like it does for the CC List so the document itself shows all the recipients it was sent to.
This is such a huge issue and tends to make users skip using VP completely for emails thus what's the point of using VP?
Please do not move to TEAM as TEAM only has 3 modules. We use ALL the forms in PM.
