Pre-construction Schedule Date Change

Once you create PM Project from PC Potential Projects you can no longer change the Schedule Start and Completion Date of the Project in PC Potential Projects.  We use the PC Potential Projects reports in meetings and view the dates to forecast manning hours etc.  Once a project is won our Clients can change the dates due to shutdowns or weather so this information is not known for sure at the set up of the project stage.
