The MS Ticket Entry program is currently set up under the expectation that there will only be one item needed on each ticket - the material itself. That is simply not the case. With endless delivery options, charges, and additives, our ready-mix concrete tickets have upwards of 6 line items. Two at the very least. This causes the need for a very messy ticket duplication process spreading the one ticket across multiple ticket entry screens and slowing down the end user's processing. The ideal fix would allow for the option to add additional line items under the same ticket number with one MS Ticket Entry transaction.

I agree, when we bill for just hauling we have to export the invoice to Word and then re enter all the amounts. when you have 100 tickets it is just doubling up on the work to get an invoice out. Otherwise it just prints all zeros. They had worked on it for awhile and it was partially working for about 2 weeks but then it quit.
I spend half my work week entering haul only invoices leaving no extra time to do other things. This would help cut my workload in half.
So in other words you would like to see MS Ticket Entry work like AP Transaction Entry with a header and line detail. This would be a good idea but and I like it other than the fact that if you are doing any type of importing into MS Ticket Entry this logic would have to be readdressed also. If you import your tickets into MS Ticket Entry than the multiple line entries are not a problem as they are already in your import file.
