Fix PCO templates to print Purchase and Estimate Amounts

Support has told us that the PCO is only designed to print if it impacts the Contract, yet we are able to create PCOs that do NOT impact the contract.  If we use the SUB only, the purchase amounts do not and will not print on the PCO template.  We were told we had to pay Professional Services to fix the Data Source to allow any amount we enter onto the PCO.  This should work out of the box.  Please allow the word templates to work with whichever value (Fixed, Contract, Purchase or Estimate) amounts that we enter.
