When using the Initialize Contact feature in PM Firm Contacts to create a contact from an Employee, the process populates the phone and email fields with the employee's PERSONAL phone number(s) and email address from the HR/Payroll modules. In PM Daily Reports when an Employee is added on the Employee tab, it automatically initializes the employee to PM Firm Contacts. This means it it possible that someone's personal information is published for some time before it is found and corrected. We would never want someone's personal phone and email to be made available in PM Firm Contacts, and it might be a violation of privacy laws to do so. The initialize procedure should be changed to leave the email and phone fields blank so they can be filled in with the correct information.
