Users need way to clear JBIDTMWork table:
Description of Request: A way for users to access and clear the JBIDTMWork table
Brief description of problem: Users place calls because they are trying to use JB Bill Initialize and none of their items are pulling in.
System version & test data:
Steps to reproduce: Initialize a bill and use task manager to shut it down , delete the bill you were working on and try to recreate again.
Current results: No items pulling in on bill because items are sitting in JBIDTMWork table
Expected results: That table would clear out once that bill was deleted.
Initial Severity: 2 - Serious: Although this is an enhancement request, to continue working the customer has to call Support to clear this table.
Workaround: Tech Hack / Manually bring items into billing (However this is not always a reasonable work around - user on call 141458 had 45,500 + records stuck in this table)
