We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

As Microsoft Word continues to update formatting, it moves further and further away from the Word 97-2003 format. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE update Create & Send Templates to (at the very least) the Word 07-2010 format. You have done so the the "Bid type templates", why not do it for other templates. And, if you must choose a starting point, start with the SUB (i.e. Subcontract) template type.
The 'Word 07-2010 Document (docx) ' output type is currently only supported for Bid type templates. Please change the output type to 'Word 97-2003 Document (doc)' or 'Adobe Acrobat (pdf)' for the current template.
It is late 2017 - and Vista PM only supports creating .doc files (from .docx templates!) This is a "design-feature'? It works in Bid Templates - but not in PM Docs (where most of the docs are created). Time to update design.
