If we need to send an RFI or a Submittal to multiple consultants, but CC 1 or 2 that are required to reply, each CC recipient gets a copy of EVERY To email so they could get 5 emails for 1 RFI. They should only get 1 email, showing each TO and not 4-5 separate emails. This is clogging up everyone's Inbox.
