Description of Problem Validations when trying to modify or disallow the modification of an SL/PO in SL Subcontract and PO Purchase Order entry for an SL/PO that was created in PM.

System Version & Test Data All

Steps To Reproduce 1). Create an SL directly in PM
2). Interface the SL
3). Go to SL Subcontract Entry and at that SL and Items into a batch
4). Change the phase on the SL Items(s) (or cost type, UM, cost)
5). Post the batch
6). Compare what was changed (SLIT table) to what is currently shown in the PM Subcontract Detail form (PMSL table)

Current Results Modification of a PO/SL is allowed in PO/SL Purchase Order (Subcontract) Entry. This creates an imbalance between what is shown in the POIT/PMMF or the SLIT/PMSL table. Validation errors and Status 4 batches are later thrown as a result of this mismatch.

Expected Results 1). A warning message to not allow modification: i.e. "PO/SL created in PM, Item must be removed from PO/SL and edited directly in PM"

2) Disable the Action type-Change in PO/SL for PO's/SL's that were created in PM. In this case a "hover" message can be shown as to why the Change Action is disabled.
