It is unnecessary to run HR Initialize Employees manually everyday just to move employees from PR to HR or vise versa. All the users need to do here is just press the button. For those that cannot be brought over wont be created anyhow so what is the point of letting our users run it? All we needed is an exception report to see what hasn't came over to the other side.
