This report would be helpful when one wants to view all of the materials/ sub-contractors purchased for a particular customer (and all of their sites).
When renewing an agreement we would like to view all the materials purchased for the customer (high efficiency filters, fan belts, gaskets, etc.) These materials may have been purchased from multiple vendors. One should have the ability to sort by customer, by customer's sites, by vendor, by sub-contractor, etc. This information would also be very helpful for dispatching and purchasing to quickly reference when preparing proposals or researching parts info. For example-we may have purchased a compressor for a work order but the vendor neglected to put the purchase order # on their invoice; or our purchasing agent created a po for a compressor and it was shipped to us from a 3rd party and our warehouse can't identify where the part came from. We could use this report to search VP for the correct po#/vendor.

and maybe expand it to have a PO search function which allows users to search on Vendor, Description, Job, etc. The work centre feature is slow and a new Search type form such as Document Search will be extremely helpful.
