Dispatch Board View Only for some users

It would be useful to have the dispatch board view only for some users so that changes are not made to the scheduling by the dispatcher without their knowledge

  As a workaround, could you create an SSRS report that auto-refreshes? This would contain all the information in an non-editable way.
