You can override at an individual level, but when you have over 600 invoices to change, this becomes cumbersome. The G/L batch month is currently chosen by the current date (i.e. date you login and are performing the action). We bill our maintenance billings in advance. Therefore, on 12/15/16, we are billing for January services. I either have to change each line separately or do a GL entry to defer. Also, the invoice date pulls from the billing schedule. I need the invoice date to reflect 12/15 as well. Currently, I modified the Crystal Report to subtract a certain number of days from the system invoice date.

This also impacts everyone of our franchises (159 users) and is extremely annoying to have to manually update each line.
